Team Life is a simple and easy to use sports team management app for coaches and managers who have more important things to do than track down missing information, try to figure out who’s available for tomorrows game, send the same information over and over again, or verify who has paid what fees.

We get it, as Coaches and Parents alike, we tried several sports team management apps but all seem to fall short of what we needed. We kept using these other apps to manage our sports teams hoping that someday our headaches or frustrations with the app would get resolved. Finally one day we decided, lets just build our own app. We determined what our biggest headaches with managing our sports teams were and came up with a way to solve that. Enter Team Life!


Communication, Scheduling/Availability, and Payments - that proved to be where we were spending the most time. This is where we focused our efforts while building this Team Life app.


COMMUNICATION - Organization wide communication, so everyone is on the same page. Using chat standards you are already accustomed to. Create any communication channels you need.


SCHEDULING AND AVAILABILITY - Schedule your season out in advance. See who’s available for each event. No need to remind players or parents to mark their availability. Things happen and events change. Everyone is notified of the changes.


PAYMENTS - If you have ever had to collect money from a group of people, you know it is never really an easy task. We wanted this to be very safe, seamless and painless for all. Hoping to avoid any awkward conversations while making sure payment deadlines are kept.


Built for Clubs - Or large organizations. While Team Life is focused on teams sometimes those teams are part of a larger picture. If you manage a club Team Life allows you to manage your club and all the teams within your club. Add your club, build your teams, invite your coaches, all within one app.

NO ADS ever - There was one app we really liked but the ads were out of control. We determined our app would not include ads. We would find another way to pay for it.
